Each routine lists scenarios (Kovaak's primary, Aim Lab equivalent in parentheses), practice time, and intended sub-skill. Deliberate practice (Ericsson, Krampe, Tesch-Romer 1993, Psychological Review) requires stretch difficulty. Practising scenarios well below your level produces no improvement. Practising scenarios far above your level produces frustration and bad reps. The sweet spot is one tier above your current level on your weakest sub-skill — the lift you can measure each week.
