Twenty-plus aim training routines categorised by Voltaic skill tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Jade/Master. Each routine lists scenarios (Kovaak's primary, Aim Lab equivalent in parentheses), practice time, and intended sub-skill. All scenarios are anchored to the public Voltaic benchmark methodology (app.voltaic.gg/benchmarks) and to the Aim Labs Official Benchmarks (aimlabs.com benchmarks article).
How to use this page. Find your current Voltaic tier (run a benchmark or estimate from category scores). Pick a routine targeting your weakest sub-skill at one tier above your current level. Run that routine 4 to 6 days a week for 2 to 4 weeks, retest, then re-evaluate. Don't jump tiers; the prerequisite work matters.

Why tier-targeted routines beat random scenarios
Deliberate practice (Ericsson, Krampe, Tesch-Romer 1993, Psychological Review) requires stretch difficulty. Practising scenarios well below your level produces no improvement. Practising scenarios far above your level produces frustration and bad reps. The sweet spot is one tier above your current level on your weakest sub-skill — the lift you can measure each week.
