Krunker runs at high frame rates in a browser, which creates a uniquely responsive feel. Movement speed is extreme compared to most tactical shooters. Players slide-hop across maps at velocities that turn every engagement into a split-second reaction test. The time-to-kill is short across most weapon classes, meaning the first accurate shot often decides the fight.

Most weapons use hitscan hit detection, so your bullets land the instant you click. There is no bullet travel time to account for with rifles, SMGs, or revolvers. The exceptions are the Bowman crossbow and the Rocketeer launcher, both of which fire projectiles that require leading moving targets.

Krunker's slide-hop movement means your targets rarely travel in straight lines. When selecting drills, choose scenarios with erratic or accelerating target movement rather than smooth linear paths. This better simulates the stop-start, direction-switching motion of real Krunker opponents.

A 25-Minute Krunker Warm-Up Routine

Set your aim trainer to your exact Krunker sensitivity, vertical FOV, and ADS multiplier before you begin. Consistency between your trainer and the game is the single most important factor for skill transfer.

Minutes 4-9 -- Tracking: Run a medium-speed lateral tracking drill for three minutes. Then switch to a reactive tracking drill with sudden direction changes for three minutes. Focus on keeping your crosshair centered on the target rather than chasing it.

Minutes 10-16 -- Flicking: Start with medium-sized targets for three minutes, then shrink target size for four minutes. Krunker head hitboxes are small, so training with reduced target sizes builds the precision the game demands. Maintain at least 70 percent accuracy before reducing further.

Minutes 17-22 -- Target switching: Load a gridshot drill with three or more simultaneous targets. Eliminate them as fast as possible while staying above 65 percent accuracy. This simulates Krunker situations where multiple enemies slide into a corridor at once.

Hardware Considerations

Krunker runs in a browser, which introduces hardware factors that do not apply to native games.

Browser performance: Frame rate stability matters more than peak frame rate. A consistent 144 FPS feels smoother for aiming than a fluctuating 200-300 FPS. Close unnecessary tabs and background processes to reduce frame drops during fights.

Mouse sensor: Use an optical sensor without hardware acceleration. Acceleration makes identical physical movements produce different cursor distances depending on swipe speed, which prevents consistent muscle memory.

Mousepad size: Players using low-to-medium sensitivity (high cm/360 values) need a pad at least 35 centimeters wide. Krunker fights require fast 180-degree turns when enemies slide behind you, and a small pad forces mid-fight mouse lifts.

Monitor refresh rate: A higher refresh display shows smoother target movement, giving your eyes more frames to track an enemy. If your system can sustain the frame rate, a 144 Hz or higher monitor provides a meaningful advantage in a fast game like Krunker.

Measuring Your Progress

Track three numbers after each training session: flick accuracy percentage, average tracking score, and gridshot targets hit per minute. Record these in a simple spreadsheet or note file.

Review weekly averages rather than daily scores. Single-session performance varies with fatigue, caffeine, time of day, and dozens of other factors. Weekly trends reveal whether you are actually improving or just having good and bad days.

Run a fixed benchmark drill every two weeks using identical settings and difficulty. Compare your benchmark score against your baseline to measure real skill growth independent of changing drill types or difficulty levels.

When one skill category stalls for more than ten days while others continue improving, shift training time toward the stalled skill. Targeted rebalancing breaks through plateaus faster than adding more total training volume across all categories.
